I use mine faithfully for just that reason... worked when I got it 2 years ago, so I forced myself to get in the habit. Now I even set the one in the wifes car alot too....

Agreed Patrick. The Bolts that were made for the kit, were made for a different type of fitting than Bjorn used. Bjorns fittings didnt fit right because he put a spin on the design by using different hoses and such.

I dont use headsets in my deuce, but the 3 year old wears muff's... I hang his muff's from the windshield lock on the passenger side. Keep it pointed up at about a 30-45 degree angle, and they ride there great when he isnt with me.

RE: m211 Herc, I pulled a parts M35 with my deuce down the interstate.... I bet I was able to do normal deuce speed... so about 55ish

Thats called a PM (Personal Message). Really could be considered email too... Ok, I had the same problem. What I did, was went into my profile, and turned off the notification, and popups for PM's. There is 2 checkboxes in there for them. Worked for me.

I spent this weekend getting hte deuce ready for the trip to Aberdeen. Among the things done.... -Flushed Cooling System -Pressure washed about 20 years of slime off the engine -Added the 3rd battery to the box for my 12v system -Evicted a family of mice from the air cleaner -Fixed (and broke)...
