You would need a kit for a Blazer. Honestly, i would not go with a body lift... suspension lifts are cheap enough for these, you would be much better off. Especially since your front springs are probably tired anyway...

The wiper motor can be had at most auto parts stores... maybe a junkyard for civvy arms?

Take said relay into any major auto parts store, I suspect they will be able to match it for you.
