The line that comes out of the rim on a banjo bolt going to the ctis valve. If air is leaking back out thru the valve then that's where it will come out. If the lines from the stem to valve are leaky windex should find that. The wheel valves are probably a scheduled replacement item. Moisture...
If cracked I would replace it. But the drivetrain does shift when driving and that hose piece needs to have flex. The upper pipe may be slightly out of place. Loosen it up see what you can shift around. Before you run it those parts do get hot.
Yes. Take the feed line off. Not the one from the valve to the stem. Scrunch a plastic bag around the line use a rubber band to hold it on let it sit for a while. Leaky valve will inflate the bag. Use windex around the 2 piece rim look for bubbles those will be air leaks.
It's a quick pressure check. Not usually hub seals but anything is possible. It's usually a hose or o ring. The pneumatic valve is behind the passenger kick panel. You can use a compressor to feed air into the valve body output and then go around with windex to find the leak. Usually a bad hub...
One in the valve. All lights blinking is a fault. It won't do any filling like that. Does it flash hwy then do a quick pressure test and then flash all 5? If so you may have a leak which the system would sense upon initial pressure check and give the 5 flashing lights error.
I did a keyed momentary switch in place of the button. Be careful when pulling up the dash panel the trans ecu is behind the keypad and the plugs slip out of it very easily as you pull the dash panel up for access.
Schrader valves are the common stem inserts on tire valves. What is or isn't working? Does your system do an initial pressure check after starting and the air reaches 120psi or so?
You can find resting leaks with windex. Sometimes just an o ring or something tightened up is all that's required. Disabling the ctis will only prevent automatic reinflation when you start the truck. The wheel will still leak if it leaks when sitting with the truck off now.
All the ones that I have seen look like lift gates but are really big deck and ramps that fold out. I had one with a swing out hoist for lifting gear in. I saw a cargo truck with lift gate in pictures a few years back it went thru gl auction in Georgia I believe. It had really tall rails that...
Thats me. You need a universal haldex bracket. The newer a1 models use the purest dryer. I keep meaning to swap my trucks over its been really cold out and I am lazy in the cold.
There is a procedure called "drive shaft hinging inspection" that shows how to measure play. Its in the 20-3 manual and the tolerances appear very tight. The mechs said the driveshaft/driveline being out of tolerance can cause damage up and down the driveline.
