your really overthinking this...just reuse the old rod, swap in the new rod ends, apply anti-seize on the rod end threads for later adjustment, if you even ever have to again, rear rods and ball joints don’t wear at the rate the fronts do.
the operative word is “since reset”, I’ve had numerous m1123’s with 26 miles on them since reset, backed up by the turn in paperwork still in the truck, SN of truck matches the truck and the odometer reading is same as truck received.

29t connects to the Circuit breaker on the trans panal, comes from the trans relay.direct to 24v.
57T is the ground from the trans relay.
the other 2 connections from the Relay go to the trans check lamp, TCM, ignition power.
ive always wondered if the schematic is wrong and is backwards...I say...
of course the TCM has something to do with it, it’s part of the circuit, if the TCM is not seen as present or defective, it will show up at the trans lamp...not that the TCM aid his problem, but I’ve reset many and fixed issues.
