    remember, you cold start advance switch advances the pump timing when cold, once at 120deg, you will hear the motor get a bit quieter as it retards the pump timing.

    yea, the amount of refrigerant is based on ambient OAT, so that’s the max, I’ve been going 3.5 from the book. but the book has a different part number for the evaporactor, so maybe that makes a differenc. better too low than over charged, as long as your high pressure switch does not kick off...

    Red dot kit gets 3.5lbs of r134a. you don’t you don’t have to remove the body to add hard lines, at least not OEM hard lines.
