So if you have part numbers, post them....95% of what you listed is of no concern in my case.
start creating a sticky with cross references for others....
The ITV was built as a COTS Vehicle, this is good and bad, as many components were from passenger vehicles
and not specifically engineered...
As far as release sheet...I’ve been in the military 27yrs, never seen such a thing, at least not in my career fields,
operator manual are general distribution items, not a controlled item for a ground vehicle, nor is a parts manual, especially a 10yr old UTV.
It’s an over engineered, too heavy, too complicated, drive like crap, under powered fiasco...the tax payers got taken on this one. The research will bear my opinions out. Parts are not easy to get, what you do find is incredibly expensive.
try finding halfshafts and shock/air bags from...
AM General to this day powers all 12v anything from the rear battery, this includes the TCM.
The 14v tap too the rear battery positive prevents

I also get...
It’s very common I get trucks delivered too the shop that have dead batterie, reason is, the transport companies
inadvertently leave the start switch in the run position, kills the batterie, kills glow plugs etc...
3 reasons for a flashing wait light with that box, bad box, bad TSU or all glow...
your truck should not have 954’s, I would put at minimum 1250lb in front and variables in the rear.
But better yet, when you going to dump that old tired 998 and buy an M1123 at the auction?
proves have never been cheaper....I’ve picked up Damn near new M1123’s with 27 miles on them for under $10k
Why? If,anythin, just Install the last piece of the exhaust pipe from a 96-2004 H1.
i have one or 2 here at the shop..it connects to muffle and route up over the wheel and exits at the rear left tire.
