Ummm, well, if you knew anything about how even a correct version of MM winch mounts, you will find out soon enough. they require there own frame brackets, they require there own winch plate and the fit is tight. ive dealt with this seller before and never had an issue....

Did you by chance remove the diff from the truck and reinstall? Did you buy an NOS shaft or aftermarket Chinese? I would loosen all the upper hangar bolts on the diff, as well as the rear support plate, recenter the diff, sounds like it’s to far to one side.ive seen this before.
