5 minutes Of idling and it over heats is a bad thermostat, not a non-working fan clutch system, not that the fan clutch system does not need to be fixed before you go driving. Folks need to understand how cooling systems work, this is not specific to the hmmwv.

Soft door straps are thin, true x-door straps are thick and made specifically for the heavier doors.
a supplemental door will tear a softdoor strap in seconds.
It’s not a fan sensor switch....it’s a thermostatic switch. It helps to use the correct terminology for the part when searching TM’s and ordering parts.
Part of the MWO is moving the 5/8 bolt mount and backing plate on the inboard mount location from down at the floor to right next to your right butt cheek area...all the kits I’ve installed work fine.they are all over ebay and black webbing
I’ve had a bad starter that did what yours is doing....I had replaced the ignition 3 lever switch and still no go, here was the kicker, it only did it on the first start of the day, never after that, you literally had to wait till the next day to test what you did from the day before.

Did you by chance remove the diff from the truck and reinstall?
Did you buy an NOS shaft or aftermarket Chinese?
I would loosen all the upper hangar bolts on the diff, as well as the rear support plate, recenter the diff, sounds like it’s to far to one side.ive seen this before.
So if a person disagrees with a person now, it’s ban them? This is the same approach the left has resorted too.
