no....you would need to strip the civ motor down to a long block and build back up with Hmmwv specific parts, IJ pump, mechanical wastegate etc.... nothing from 6.2 or 6.5NA vbelt will transfer over to a turbo, except for sensors.
Launched the #5 piston out the left side of the oil pan on one of my new GP trucks today, other than that not much done.
if you look in the hole, the piston is not to be seen on the crank. Oh well.....
Thats the same thing you have to do if you loose a halfshaft...but you don't want to be in low, but High lock.
if it were me, I would be check halfshafts...anything is possible.
There is no way you would get that much fluid from the trans to tcase at the mating area, the seal on the forward shaft even if it failed would not allow that much fluid to flow. Unless maybe the seal is gone, highly unlikely.
please post a pic of your cooler bypass you performed....you still...
As far as I know and have ever seen, GMA is the only company that ever made soft top anything for the Hmmwv.
not sure if the govt has even contracted any longer to have soft top kits mfg'd. They don't want soft skinned anything.
Better yet, install the side armor that was once there....the basic FRAG 1 package for an M1151 is aluminum, does not add much weight, this way you end up with your holes covered and a cool looking truck.
dont even attempt to rig the holes closed, you will only end up warping the panels. I see...

Trans fluid is only in 3 components, trans, tcase and PS pump...the PS pump is only vented on Marine corp trucks.
all vents terminate to the air filter box...are you sure it's ATF? A bad fuel pump diaphragm will leak to the filter as well.
your trans issues are not good....it is not normal.
