    It just depends on if you have the new style or old style 242. Post a pic of the tail shaft. The older is a 3 bolt, the new is 4 bolts. The spline count is different on both. Once you find the tcase type..getting the PN is easy. I have both in the shop, the old one is slimmer on the slip yoke...

    On another note...I've been converting all my trucks over to 200amp gens, I find them much more reliable. The regulator is a 2min job if it fails.
