Here's the new hardwired LED remote controlled searchlights we're installing. The green brackets are custom made and will allow us to mount the devices to existing points in the armor which already has threaded weldments permanently located.
hellonwheelsv-100 has a nice collection as well. I know I had sent him a crate full of spares from my V100. If I see any additional parts in the next couple days that might help, I will advise.
Tanks are not exactly built for comfort either and it's pretty easy to get hurt inside one. Abrupt turns or stops can leave someone with a faceplant into the hard interior of one of these machines. Plus everything B3.3T said[thumbzup]

Thanks for the input guys 8) The folks making the decisions on this unit wants the wiring to be pretty much the way it was when the OEM sent it out. It will have some upgraded lighting features, but that will be a 12v circuit through a different switch setup.
The transfer case has been repaired and reinstalled, now on to other problems...
The wiring harness has been cut in several places, and the connector for the light switch assembly was cut off as well.
Picking up a new switch assembly and connector was easy, but it's a bit of a task to make...
1) Discovered a puddle of gear oil under the transfer case.
2) So we pulled the transfer case to see what we had
3) There was some corrosion where the seal makes contact (red arrow) that caused the lip seal to be worn away as if it had been sanded (blue arrow)
If anyone caught the SyFy Channel Friday night (June-15) one of our videos with the camo track was featured on their program "Insane or Inspired?"
Considering the name of the program, they really handled our video in good taste 8-)
