russ81 you are missing the point and also are wrong. the front driveshaft will turn slower and welding it will make it so you cannot drive it on any paved surface and it will perform poorly in mud etc.
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Deuce Seat Shock
i'm sitting here holding a new one in my hand. about $23 and very easy to modify to fit. front ski shock for snowmobile part # 04-237 i have used these and they are as close as you will ever find to original.
i used the ouversons on my m-621 (deuce) and they do not stick out past my custom wheels which is good. i did not like the 'o' ring seal as i thought it would allow water to get to the bolts, so i used paper gaskets like stock hubs.
but why do you need relays when you are changing headlights to ones that are approx the same current draw? i changed my bulbs to H4 6 mths ago and no problems.
you could easily make your own dyno, but it would require the engine be out of the truck.maybe i'll make one this summer.............. i feel you can get 200 hp without water, i'm running 14 psi boost and 9 psi is stock, so that should be 50 hp more plus 140 at stock fuel setting = 190
