I did not say to delete it! I said close it. Meaning no more entries. I have continued the actual recovery under another thread in this section where I originally had a thread for the trailer when I bought it.
1684 RTA Maintenance Trail Won 12-29-2010
UPDATE:
TRAILER IS NOW HOME!
We met the tractor trailer on the side of the road 1/2 mile from my house. He was too big to get into the neighborhood. Looked the trailer over good and made a plan on how to get it off the deck-over trailer. First we had to air up the tires. they had taken...
Well the trailer has arrived by truck to Slidell. They will deliver it tomorrow morning 8:00AM. We hope to get it unloaded without any problems. We plant to secure the steerable axle straight so it will not try to jackknife when we unload it. I have not seen it on the truck yet so I am not...

Gonna leave it Satin black for now. As low as it sits it blends in with color of the road asphalt. It's a really nice Powder Coat Finish, I hate to cover it up.
The sheet metal was on top of the joists not below them. The joists were exposed to the road conditions. They had the whole underside of the box undercoated. The sheet metal rusted due to the water leaks from above (leaks from open windows and leaking roof) not from below.
