Krylon Fussion works great on vinyl and plastic. It has great adhesion and flexibility. I use it on metal surfaces as well.

If you paint it CAMO it will blend in anyway!

If you look at the back of it, they have standard Military tail lights as well as trailer clearance lights.

UPDATE: I installed the console yesterday. Nice and solid! One glitch, the shifter hits the front edge of the box! I should have sat in the seat and depressed the clutch to make sure the shifter was going through the full motion of the shift! My bad! SImple solution, bend the shifter...

You can solve that with a bellows type connection like flex ducts use but much larger.
