    M936A2 crane hydraulic winch

. For whatever it is worth, we don't really get straight up hard evidence of the specifications on these trucks. The crane in particular has problems where you get pictures of (for example) the rotation manifold. All you get is the outline shape of that part in the TM's. The valve body in the...

    How to block tapatalk?

. Yeah, you can set the default App on your Android when it asks Open with App1 (Chrome) or App2 (TapaTalk) by choosing ALWAYS as the default action. Be a little careful - because choosing always can make a mess if you choose the wrong thing.

    Third's Build Discussion

. Never thought about that before @chucky , but having a ladder that is not attached to the truck would be really good. You could have a longer ladder that went all the way to the ground. Stepped out away from the truck so you could hustle things up on top would be infinitely better than...

    1997 LMTV Journey

. One other thing worth knowing:. I happened into the fire cabinet where all my spray cleaners are stored this weekend. There is a spray called Deoxit that cleans and helps contacts like "the relay to the board" connection. It does amazing things...

    Tale of two Deuces

. Agreed... That shift lever shouldn't be that hot. Even on a hot day, anything more than "air temperature warm" is hotter than it should be. .

New M109 owner in NE Ohio

. Welcome to the Outfit! Driving it home makes it a really good truck for sure. Give her a little TLC with some fresh oil and filters. The LO (Lube Order) is posted as are the other TM's (Technical Manuals) are here for you to download. https://www.steelsoldiers.com/forums/the-deuce-tms.113/...

    CUCVRUS Repair Projects

. Amazing how the weather takes all things with time... That is a nice looking set of steps. Funny. A lot of things that I do now are fixing things from 20 or 30 years ago. The only good part of that is that the next time it gets fixed, chances are it won't be me doing it.

    1997 LMTV Journey

. It might be worth your time to disconnect the batteries, then clean the board that all the relays plug in to. Electrical contact cleaner, then a spot of Anti-Ox paste on every contact. An old toothbrush on the connectors after spraying the board. Also clean the contacts on the relays too...

    DCC-353-P welder issue

. @Guyfang Don't know that any "truer" words have ever been said. You really can't make it more broke! I learned how to rebuild my first motor with a core that I carried out of the woods - one piece at the time. 1956 Chevrolet 265 cubic inches. It was old and tired, but with a ratchet and...
