Correct. It will NOT produce power unless the voltage selection door on the Inverter is fully closed. There is a microswitch inside the inverter cover to sense if that little door is closed.

When you lift the switch UP and hold it up does the green contactor light illuminate? Does it then go out when you release the switch? These switch's seldom go bad so I'd suspect the issue with the contactor not closing is due to something else.

Earlier in the manual in 3-12 it does call out "Tighten injector pipe nut (2) to 21 ft-lbs (28.5 Nm)." It would look like 21 ft-lbs is the correct value.

Need to do one more test in an 804 before calling it good. The %Load measurement was a bit off and want to get that solid before releasing it. Wife had a medical issue recently and that took priority. All better now. Good news is it will support the MEP-804A, MEP-804B, MEP805A & MEP-806A.
