Guy, The Voltage Regulator is on my list of things to tackle. Already reverse engineered the 831 charger and have a working prototype. Starting production of the 802/803 Remote Start Controllers now. :-D

Correct, your set does not have the "quad" modification. Definitely something you need to install before attempting to start it. See TB 11-6115-741-24 for the details on how to do the Quad Mod and parts required.
