In the intake manifold after the turbocharger. There is a tee fitting to install a gauge on the drivers side of the engine. Sounds like your PT pump needs to go in for it's $500 overhaul. Again, the boost pressure will tell the story.
Sounds like the famous M37 vapor lock. Or flooding due to stuck needle. To eliminate these, run a rubber hose from pump to carb and put a inline filter right before the carb. Route the hose away from the manifold.
Personally, I wouldn't risk hooking it back up. Once electronics screws up like that, it will either do it again immediately or do it later randomly. Each time you risk frying expensive components.
Its not so much a Goodyear vs Michelin preference, the issue is that Michelin has not made a 11.00-20 for Uncle in over 20 years, which is quite old for a high speed truck tire. The G177s are much newer.
Those Michelin Xs are WAY past their prime. Get with 91W350 at BFR Metals in Kansas and have him ship you 10 Goodyear G177s and call it done. Two pallets should ship for around $500 with motor freight.
Looks like the NCNG was on a aid mission of some type due to the Joaquin wash, and vehicle operator saw the bridge out in the last second, and took her to the ditch to avoid something worse. See the skid marks? What is that on the flatrack?
