Do all four front wheels turn? Yes. Do they all turn at the exact same angle? No. I doubt this is discussed in the TMs as it is part of the core engineering of the truck and is not adjustable.
Between the rubber bumper and axle mine shows 3.5". Between the overload spring and the slipper mine is 1". I have most of the load including the horizontal gas cylinder which is heavy as heck. Truck has true 8000 miles showing. Sounds like you have a 1" sag.
I flat towed mine a while back and the towing manners are worse than a M151. The front wheels don't want to track around corners, and when you back up the front wheels want to go to full lock. Use the trailer.

Search "4L80E" on here to see what CUCV owners have done. "Richingalveston" did a successful upgrade in his M1009. Going the factory option is possible but expensive.
Some intel that may be of use. You will be required to exit Ft. Polk on the north commercial gate. Right outside the gate is a huge staging yard where you can do PMCS. You have two friendlies around Ft Polk, Jeepsinker, who lives 30 miles south of the base, and MTP Driveline, who is 30 miles...
No, NDT is in the army truck context. Still pondering your problem. Could your driveshaft be out of balance, like the shop left a rag inside before welding it up?
You add hydraulic fluid (jack oil at the auto parts store) in the air-hydraulic power pack filler port between the spare tire and air cleaner. The system self-bleeds after the repair. Welcome and good luck.
I leave it on all the time. I suppose the cab droops down at some point when the system air leaks out. I wonder if it make a sound if nobody is there to hear it?
