Obtaining a AWC for a aircraft is quite the task.

Found the main reason why they strip so easily
The headlight bucket rides on 4 slightly raised sections or tabs pressed into radiator support frame.
Kinda like a bowl, and it only contacts those four raised areas.
That way it can be moved up, down, left...
If it's original, the harmonic balancer needs replaced no matter what.
Amazon has the ACDelco one for the best price.
OEM exact match.
Several documented cases here on SS of broken crankshafts due to bad/old harmonic balancers.
It's a very easy fix.
Just a pain.
The Dorman cheap plastic doesnt hold very well against the bucket spring tension.
Adjust it and leave it.
Touch it again and it strips out.
The upper plastic insert for the headlight adjustment screw is a total POS.
Both needed and were replaced with new when first got truck.
Went to adjust new headlights tonight, didn't even get one turn with the screwdriver and it stripped.
Other did same thing.
Definitely need to improve...
