    fuel in crankcase

Myself I always rotate the crank the same way the motor runs. If for some reason I pass the head marks buy just a little when I reverse rotation I go well past head alinement and then rotate the crank in correct rotation again and try and hit the head marks. Never had a problem on head removal...

    fuel in crankcase

You know I am a big fan of your work and the 6BT swap plus the restore is fantastic. In the video you said we had to remove the four bolt timing advance window. You said for the head to come out it had to be 1/2 tooth off so we would be sure not to get the IP 180* off. Do believe we only have...

Differential fluid leak at rear wheel

All the seals are a 4 on the pain in the donkey to do. The setting up if the geared hub is a 7 to 8 on the pain scale if you have never done a hub set up. You will need a shim kit and I use a geared hub that has the face cut off to set the lash. Plus you need to make, buy or borrow the correct...

Differential fluid leak at rear wheel

It's been a year or so since I did my seals and switched mine over to both bearings to oil floating. I removed the CTIS but as I remember gear oil would have to go through two high pressure CTIS seals and the hub grease seal. Wonder if it is just the hub grease seal leaking grease and not gear oil?

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Yea guess I got lucky as my draft number was high and was still 2S when I turned 18. Do not think I would have made it but it also could have changed my life for the better. Must have been scary and a lot of Adrenaline waiting to light up the enemy. Where did you serve in action?

Official 2019 Steel Soldiers Georgia Rally (19SSGR) - Georgia Military Vehicle Rally

Thanks to Dawn for the two cases and the tow bar. My friend was real happy with the bar and I should have gotten a couple of more cases. They will come in handy for my pistols and they are even TSA approved. Thanks to everybody that bought something from me.

    Simp's M915A1 Build Thread

Problem is Wes does not think much of my 60 series with the little Allison four speed that is in the 915A2. Now if I changed that out to a Cummins and Cat 7155 I think we could have worked something out.

    M35a2 fuel issue

Yea I have to agree on the end of the world thing. I had a 600 gal. Beta fuel tank I got from GL. It was full of WMO and diesel for bug out plans. Got to thinking about it and gave the tank and all contents away for free. Since I did not have a containment system build around it was a little...

    M35a2 fuel issue

Don't let it discourage you from Steel Soldiers and yea sometimes it's easer to read. I to have been guilty of running on a sentence and other grammar mistakes. There are often small mistakes in "grammar" that are over looked here but are not correct grammar.

I have the 5 ton block that was issued to the 809 series. It will out work my shear pin. I have the Deuce issue block and it will out work the shear pin on the Deuce no matter what I am doing. 2019 Georgia Military Vehicle Rally buy-sell-trade

I will look but I think no on the correct ones that have the flat cut in the top of the round head pin to stop the pin from rolling. I might have correct size pins with correct size holes for the quick pins but would need a bench grinder and just grind a flat spot on it.

    m35a2 startup procedure question

Yes leave it pulled out. This way if you have a sticky fuel control unit assembly it will not got to WOT. Better to have a no start truck then one that will make you have to change your under shorts. Also a truck left in gear and the shut down pushed in if the truck gets bumped or rolls for some...
