    I don't own a hmmwv so I don't know. Is it that hard to pull the alt and have it tested? Everything that could blow up electrical wise, I wouldn't test it in the vehicle.

    I know a few folks that do it around here, seems to work pretty well for cheap. I love how the only other replies are from guys that don't see much snow and salt on their roads!

    You only have to worry about non-chlorinated if you plan on heating it.

    Good info Hetvet, cept one(minor) correction. I've done lots of research and the stock injectors will flow way more fuel than the IP will put out. I wouldn't waste money on those injectors unless you have your IP recalibrated to flow way more than stock.

    I wouldn't reccomend playing with that side screw, they crack and are REALLY hard to find replacements. I guess its worth a shot if the truck doesn't run anyway...

    No, you have a "D" turbo. Have you tried to spin the impellers while holding one still? The shaft could be broken.
