There are two reasons you don't bleed the injector lines.
#1 The fuel system is self bleeding. As long as the in tank pump is working the HH will clear so will all the air out of the filters. The injectors will clear by there self.
#2 The ends of the injector lines have a special end on them the...
No need to ever bleed the injectors. Remove the shut down cover and check fuel control.
I did not design the Multi Fuel Deuce motor to ever need to bleed at injectors.
Also there is blow by and moisture. A motor that has an open draft tube when cooling draws in moist air. They need to be run a good while to heat up the block /oil long enough to expel the moisture. So that blow buy is ether rings or just moisture so I myself when after a good hour run then...
We have discussed this and it has been done. The trouble I have is the axle fill plug is not set as high as the true floating hubs on the civi trucks. I like grease but too each his own but as said grease does better in water.
I have talked to him and told him what I did so I hope it works. There are four wedge pins that hold the panel closed. I had to go up on a ladder an try and spray lube on the top pins. They are real hard to see but if you get the right spot you can get lube on the top pins. You don't want to...
If I remember the fuel tank and the master cylinder were connected then to draft tube. The MWO was to disconnect the master and run it up the firewall. Never know who, what ,when or where someone did something that can not be correct on these trucks. I have seen more fuel filters with the inside...
It is small little thing screw into the top of the axle. If you want to test it just remove it and if you can with your mouth blow through but not suck it is working correct. If you never plan on fording or taking the axles under water then you could extend with hose and small filter on the...
Hate to report that I will be AWOL. Sold one of the M816's and they want to pick it up this weekend. Good thing. I already have there check in the bank.
The seal that is to the outside or the one you put on last before you put on the bearing nut is the one letting the oil in the inside is letting it out so figure doing both.
Most wheel seals go what I have found is the mechanic did not tighten the bearing tight enough and the outer seal will leak. Yes a plugged up vent can put pressure on the outer seal. Most trucks of our size call for 100/150 Flbs to set the bearing and then back off. Then even the TM calls for...
Yea or real easy just buy a electric fuel shut down and install the switch under the dash. No brainer as Razor would say. I have one on one of my cranes and came standard with it.
