Myself I would drive it and see how the trans. shifts. Using high range apply throttle and then let off and see if the transfer case lever drops out of high. As said above give it a good look over.
Thought that is the idea to get primed with oil and fired up. Can be done just where it sits. Myself I would have the fuel system primed and ready to go with a remote tank. I would use the remote oil pressure system and watch a attached oil pressure gage. When the oil pressure comes up fire it...
Can you hear the return fuel going back into the tank with the fuel cap off. If you dropped the return line off of the T fitting at the secondary fuel filter you should have good flow out of that line with just the in tank running. Also sent you a pm.
I would not take anything apart like injectors or pan. Yes on the priming the oil system by way of any oil port galley. You could fill the oil canister if you just loosen the canister and rotate the can till the oil drain is up and inject oil there. I would like said not supply fuel and the way...
As said above you have to order the correct gaskets most of the time. You also want to have the secondary filter a 10 micron and the final a 6 micron when using the stock canisters...
Yes you can get the heads. Would you be willing to try something else for me. Remove the shut down cover from the side of the HH and there you will find fuel control assembly. It should be in about the 7 oclock position. If you have a remote starter use it or have someone else hit the starter...
We have Ray's aka Razor woman approved trailer. We have my man only approved trailer and here is Ken and Ellens woman only military trailer. She has all her arts and crafts in there and no men allowed.
If the truck was running ok after it starts and the problem was in the IP it would be the HH and not the lower unit. Just replace the Head. How long do you wait after you turn on the master switch before you hit the starter? You could try and let in tank pump run longer before you hit the...
Mine had no HZ but had Voltage adjust knob. Sometimes mine even when I shut it down under correct running rpm the next time I fired it up it pegged the gage and I had to use throttle control to bring up the rpm again to get the Hz back down and correct. Also not real bad but when under load HZ...
I have switched to spin on oil filter and spin on fuel filters and for the amount I have driven I found it cheaper to leave the canisters alone and just change the filters when I get the truck. They will out last me. I don't think there is anything wrong with our fuel filter system just priming...
As said check /replace all rubber feed fuel lines. Sounds like you checked in tank pick up. Check fuel filter and if the o ring is good and the bolt plate is seated correct on top of the canister. Would seem if your return lines were closing down it would raise the rail pressure and run better...
Yes can be done at home but you should have a gage that goes to 200 psi so you can check pressures. It's like trying to time a motor with no timing light. The advantage of the injection shop is they can spin it up. If they will tweek it would be nice but some just set it to the code for that...
Thanks and do believe if someone can change the hot tub water they should be able to flush a block. As said above the main thing would be get a coolant filter.
