My girlfriend and I plan to be there and possibly bringing two to four more people for a day or two. We would all be tent camping on the same site and cooking our own food. Is there a ticket option for camping with the group but being self-sufficient for our kibble?
Do not drive your truck through the local "Beverage Barn." Although it may fit, Mr. Patel will fuss at you about coating all of his products in soot as he goes to collect your 12 pack.
There was a custom made hitch on my truck when I got it - never liked it.
Finally got around to replacing it.
I opted to have a shop install it for me - best $150 of labor I ever spent.
Went with a class IV - but the shop welded extra support just to make it as robust as possible.

Oh yes. That was a challenge. It took a logging skidder with probably a 60K winch, a D5 and a Cat 330 excavator to get the Komatsu out.
For the record I was not the operator or owner . . . . just the lien holder on the machine. Insurance is a wonderful thing - made us whole and there was still...

3 things will get it stuck: loose sand, logs/stumps, or an incline.
If any two of those obstacles present themselves I can almost always push myself backwards with the hydraulics...
Attention Central Florida MV'ers:
Save the date for Friday evening, December 17th.
We will be lighting up and decorating our rigs and convoying through town to drop off toys collected this year for charity.
The drop off location will be the WFLZ 93.3 "Stuff-a-Bus" Toys For Tots at the...
Ummm yeah . . . the m35 does not go to the mechanic - the mechanic comes to the deuce!
Besides, this has every sign of being a six-pack project, not an hourly rate project. For now. Heh.
I am fully capable of squirting oil into the assembly . . . we'll see what happens from there.
I am wondering if a neon sign transformer could be modified to induce a high voltage, low amperage charge over the vehicle while parked . . . . . or maybe an agricultural fence buzz box, hmmmmmm.
