    CUCV Wiper Problem

I've changed a few wiper switches. It's not hard, especially if you invest in a hub puller. It makes it easier to compress the spring.

    CUCV Wiper Problem

That'd be an easy fix but I don't remember ever seeing a place that sells just the park switch. If you know where to get one, I'd appreciate the info.

Replaced glow plug card. Still nothing. BUT, I can give the two blue wires on the relay a ground with a jumper wire...

    Lesson Learned

I put off doing the Doghead Starter relay mod on my cucv and this is what happened. My starter went out, no big deal, so I called up DB Electrical and ordered up a new gear reduction starter. Been wanting to upgrade anyway. Installed the new starter and on the "3rd" start the dam starter...

    vibration

The vib definately feels like a motor mount "metal to metal". I've pry'd the motor up on both sides with a big pipe and didn't notice a change in the vib. Ill check the mounts again this evenin and the other things you mentioned and thanks !

    vibration

Hello. I've picked up a good vibration at idle in my 86 model 5/4. I've messed with the idle and all that but it's something else. Anything above idle it seems to run smooth as ever. Could it possibly be the pump and/or injector ? Thanks, Greg.

Which way does the fuel tank shield install?

    low heat

This may sound wierd but it's true. My hard starting once was a combo of starter drag and weak batteries. Someone else can give more info than me, but the 6.2 needs a certain amount of cranking RPM's to pressurize fuel through injectors. Maybe someone will chime in with more info.

    low heat

If both hoses coming from the firewall are HOT, it's circulating. I agree with the other guys, it's the blend door.

    coolant expansion tank

I used a green stick of plastic, melted with my torch. A lot of guys use them to plug holes on flat bottom boats. I got mine from the local Car Quest.
