    Injection pump head

Have you removed the head and cleaned all the ports? Could just be gunk in there blocking the injector lines. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Can't figure out why it won't start

because I don"t have the "right" bar to fit in my jackshaft u-joint to rotate and there is no clearance for the pipe wrench jaws to fit around the u-joint AND this is the big one... my 13yo son understood what I meant when I said turn THIS shaft with THIS wrench!

Can't figure out why it won't start

Yes, it is part of the timing. Easy way to turn it I found is to jack up the driver side rear tires, trans in fifth and big pipe wrench on the drive shaft. My 13 yo son was under the truck turning the shaft & I was watching for the half moon cutout on the quill shaft. And you are going to need...

    M35a2 Air Cleaner Container Question

You can connect a hose from the nipple on the air cleaner to the inlet of the air compressor to keep your aircomp from sucking water as long as your air intake does not go under. The nipple on the air canister is un-filtered air.

fuel issues with deuce, won't start

Nitefarmer, this is the exact scenario I had last month with mine. Driving home one day she would stall out as I slowed down for traffic & lights. Throttle down & a shot of ether she'd start and run @ 1800 rpms & higher, very sluggish throttle response. When I let off the throttle to try & idle...

fuel issues with deuce, won't start

Nitefarmer, the passages in the hh can get gummed up & fouled from sitting. You can have fuel at the center plug but the quill shaft cant pump the fuel through the passages to the injectors. Quick test would be to break your lines loose at the injectors and slip a small water bottle over the end...

Can't figure out why it won't start

Pull the hydraulic head & check the shaft... mine died last month and found the problem was a damaged hh shaft. Would not start without gas or SF, only run 2000 rpm & higher & would not idle. I imported some chicom heads and it runs fine now. Still have a few left if anyone is looking, comes...
