So is there anybody out there who does transportation and give me a rough estimate for either truck? Also, what about from Ft. Indiantown Gap
Anneville, PA 17003, to Lansing, mi?
I'm thinking of buying either a m35a2 or an m818 tractor. I was wondering if there was anybody on here who would be interested in trucking it from AL,
Redstone Arsenal to Lansing, MI - and if so, what would you charge?
Wow, I had envisioned it looking so much simpler than that. I thought it should be just like a Civvy 6.5L setup, but instead of an AC compressor, you would have another alternator.
Yea, your probably right, but even if there was a write up for going to a single alternator it would be cool. It might give me a little more ambition to convert to 12 volt.
Another thing to consider is that 1982 was the first year for the 6.2 liter and I've heard alot of bad things about motors of that year. They also use a different style glow plug IIRC. I think the threads are different or something like that, and that "could" pose a problem to find replacements...

He indicated he had a 1008, which should have 4:56 gears as opposed to the 1009's 3:08 gears. The bottom line is that the 6.2 just isn't a very strong motor, but a turbo could help the situation. The banks kits are really nice from what I hear, but pricey. You may be able to score a 6.5 in a...
When you say "it goes to the floor" do you mean there is very little resistance and it very easy to push to the floor, or is the pedal literally already completely depressed? Because if there is no resistance in the pedal @ all I would assume you have a bad master cylinder.
Yea, your prolly right about the mud flaps, but seriously, mud flaps/running boards/sun visors are old guy items:roll:. People already think I'm weird enough because I drive around a camo truck!
So, last week I was driving around and realized my right turn signal wasn't working. I figured a bulb must have burnt out and I put it on my list of things to do (its a long list). Then last night I realized my other turn signal wasn't working, so I pulled over, got out and looked at my tail...
