I beleive the vents for diff. may close automaticly when in water. Some vents work to let preasure out, but not in.I have had the opport. to drive a Mv into 6ft of water, to the point I stood on the seat. Made it all the way accross the water. !!!

Those look like injector pump for 6.2or6 .5 diesels.

Open the pet cock on fuel filters and drain and check for water, or any other contamminants. Just crack the bleeder valves and start the truck and see if air or fuel comes out. Good luck. Phil
