Might help. 1990 M998. Good solid truck. I got it as a 2 door with troop seats but in the process of converting it to a 4 man so it can be either.
Shows just over 2,500 miles but I am guessing the spedo has been replace but unsure. Front left corner of hood is damaged but fiberglass will fix.
What is the going price for a M998 that has a clear Texas title?
I am thinking about letting one of my trucks go but not sure on the price or to the old ebay sale and hope for the best.
I made my own from an old key switch I had in the shop and wires from a busted tail light so I would have the connections. Simple and helps with when I come out of a store or truck is on display. Never fails that when I go to town someone is in the truck taking pictures when I come out.
Keep having an exhaust leak from the manifold to exhaust pipe. Got a NOS gasket but only lasted maybe a week then leaked again. Used a gasket from carb rebuild kit and again only lasted maybe a week until it started leaking again. Any idea on the best gasket to use or idea on fixing it?

This one had me baffled and was thinking someone thinking it was funny and was jacking with my truck. I drove it to work, well to get my work car about 3 miles. It ran just fine but it was really cold....ok 28, that's cold to me. Ran just fine. Got in it to come home and spit, sputter...
I bet I look at manuals ten times before finding the install one. Then the fun began. 4 days and still not completed completely and then discovered the NOS motor is toast so disassemble when I get a new motor. Not sure it was worth the hassle for our 10 days of cold weather here in Texas.
OK I have looked and can't find the install manual for the M151A2 hot water heater. I have kit NSN 2340-00-764-5917. Have tee heater assembled. Main issue is where the fresh air intake comes through the cowl and where the heater hoses come through the firewall. Anyone have the manual or can...
