There are quite a few AO trucks with Eco Hubs. if you look thru the threads, anyone that mentions dip switch setting for the speedometer should be a AO. Sorry I don’t have a list but I bet someone will respond.

The speedometer recalibrate is done thru the cat engine ecu. I would bet mileage is in there somewhere. To start PM contact patracy he can start a conversation with whoever you want.

A few photos of Eco Hubs after heat treat and after wire edm process. Also shown is one hub after glass blasting. This is heat treated splined hub with edm slug shown. The cut is done with .008 wire.

I didn’t want to spend the money for the pulley and mounting brackets. And spend the time to install the brackets on the drivers side. Sounded like quite a project all by itself. The ac hoses route down the right inner frame rail and cross like the heater hoses. In front of the radiator...

I don’t think an alternator would fit in that location. I had to tip the ac compressor at an angle to make the clearance needed. and the charge air tube has just enough clearance after some modification.

I’m working on an alternative to the stock Lmtv ac compressor mount and location. Also a different way to mount the ac condenser.. I don’t know how it will work but willing to try something different. A few photos for fun.

I think one of the parameters in the design of the trucks is the speed limit of 57 MPH. Keep young soldiers alive and out of trouble.

Thank you for your feedback especially since you have 3:07 and a 3116. A lot of people keep asking about that combo and are concerned they will not have the power to pull the 3:07 with Eco Hubs too. (y) :) Glad they worked out!

Hi, there shouldn’t be any problem getting the hub kits to New England, I think shipping would still be 50.00 for the 4x4 and 60.00 for the 6x6. He may have been referring to my offer to install a set for free labor if you can get the truck to North east Indiana. One set only.

The outer bolts are 3/8” 16. NC. Be very careful with a tap, you don’t want to break it. Go slow take your time.
