If they are 12v, they look like very common incandescent 6012 bulbs or H6024 if they are halogen just from the pattern I can see on the glass. They bulbs with out the housings are very cheap and found at Walmart or any other parts store. If 24v or led, then a whole different answer would apply.

The cylinder looks good. I have seen them full of rust and corroded. The master cyl can leak internally and the fluid would leak into the surge casting but... My thought is that brake fluid eats paint and the fitting at the master cyl looks cruddy from leaking. There is usually a copper washer...
