Thanks guys. I'd like to be able to move it around the garage and out onto the driveway. Just saw a guy using a pallet jack at one of the big box stores and thought, hmmm...
If I had casters on it and moved it out for a run, would I need to chock it in place to keep it from going exploring or...
I'm not entirely sure how pallet jacks work. I know you can move a really heavy pallet of stuff around with one. How about an 803? Smooth concrete, around the garage.

I like your maintenance charging set up. Looks like there are LEDs on the charger, do you leave the door open to check them, or do they need any monitoring? How does the charger handle vibration? Have you done an extended run with one of those chargers mounted?

I took mine to the radiator shop and they unsoldered one whole end to clean it out, then put it back on again, cleaned and painted the outside, then pressure tested it to 20psi. Cost was about $130 and was done in one day.

When I took my radiator to the shop for cleaning I asked them about a replacement. They said they'd unsolder the ends of the existing one and solder a new core into the middle. The way they clean them out involves taking one end off to rod it out, then soldering it back on. As long as the ends...
I had a problem with my voltage adjustment not going high enough. I turned everything off and rotated the knob through the full range a few dozen times. Worked fine after that.

Sounds to me like this enclosure is acting as a Faraday cage. Isn't lightning going to run around the outside if it gets hit? The best path to ground isn't going to be the antenna going to air on the inside, is it? Inquiring minds want to know!
