Could someone please tell me the part number, or where I can get these tie down hooks from?
These are the tie down hooks for the canvas on the M1101.
Thanks,
- parking brakes the etrailer brakes came with the parking brake lever so I just ordered new cables that fit from another place that made brake cables.
- i left the components in place. Some people remove them which is another option.
- I fit wheel hub adapters you can order any wheel...
I ordered the bearings from the local auto parts store (Advance Auto Parts), and they worked great. I don't have the receipt or part numbers, but what i did was measure the size of the ring needed and found some that matched. Packed them with that green water proof grease.
Thanks ! I'll give Dexter a call and see what they have that can be matched up.
Thanks for those measurements !! .. Most likely I'll get some adapters built with that 2.91"+ offset. The trailer is not going to be carting anything heavy. MEP802 at most.
I'm thinking of getting some wheel adapters for my M116A3 trailer so I can fit Jeep Wheels.
Has anyone done this, or is it just a bad idea?
the lug pattern is 8 x 6.5 like a C20 chevy.. but what is the HUB size and how far does it stick out?
Is it 8 x 6.5 x 165.1mm ? and then how far does it...
I feel stupid .. that is what the issues was. Was running 3 phase.
I did check with the meter and the guarge is reading a little low, the the current is good.
Thanks everyone !!!
My "new" 802 with only 117 hours has lower than normal voltage.
Could someone please tell me how to correct this?
When I am Using the adjustment knob the Low setting has 180 volts (turned all the way counter-clockwise) ; Middle has 200 volts; Highest has 210 volts. This is set to run single...
No problems with submersion, you need to remember they use these same ones on boat trailers. You just dry the disks out using the manual button on the brake controller.
When I did mine I also swapped out to match my Land Cruiser Wheels and tires.
Most come with the aux fuel hose, but there is a part that the aux hose connects to which i got separately. It has a fuel drum cap and adjustable tube.
The company that makes them still does but they are $2500 each. They will call you back but they never seem to answer the phone.
I see used ones for sale sometimes, from people parting them out.
Get a horse stall mat from tractor supply that is 1" thick and sit it on that.
Someone on here pointing me to do that and it works great.
bolted it to a 4" slab with the horse stall mat between the slab and the 802
Yes for the landing leg. I removed the bolt and nut #15 and #13, and removed the #14 caster wheel.
It has bearings on i that have fallen out.
I've order some last week that I think will work. If they work I'll post it up.
What is used to secure the 1/8" fuel lines? Mine had what looked like zip ties on it.
Would these camps from amazon be better?

I'm looking for the bearings for the M1101 trailer front caster wheel.
Could someone please let me know where I can find a replacement for them?
The bearing that allow the caster wheel to turn.
I would like to keep the OEM steel wheel.
Not that I know of ... However you can call these guys and for a lot less $$ than replacing hubs just install some wheel adapters.
