It has about 2000 miles on it now. I've done the thing where you put it in learning mode and drive it around so it can learn. It's not displaying any error codes. It just jerks really hard, especially on the downshifts (it's difficult to describe how hard, but it's hard enough that it will...
My truck still shifts really hard, and I'd like to have it checked out by an Allison transmission specialist. When you guys post about taking your trucks to one, who are you really going to? How do I find a expert, or certified specialist (if that's a thing)?
Just a little update on the 3D printed handles... they seem to work great. I've been running them for several months now, and haven't had any isuses with them coming loose or stripping out. It seems like a win! I still might make the metal ones, but at least they don't need to be a high...
I put two narrow MRAP seats in the middle, for my kids (7 and 3). They love it. I have a thread around here with pictures. I also still have the CAD drawings for the metal mounting plate, and there just happen to be a couple of those seats left on eBay.

Honestly, it was really easy to do with the tire irons. Unless you are handicapped, need to do a LOT of tires, or some other unusual situation, I would not recommend spending the money on the bead breaker. Working around it a couple times took [literally] 2 minutes, and it came right apart...
It's not even. When laying on one side, the large diameter of the runflat basically sits flush to the ground. When laying on the other side, it's up about 2".
