Ben take your M923 to a big truck shop and have them balance the tires and see if that helps and also don't run them fully inflated, try lowering the rear tires air pressure 5 psi at a time, probably no lower than 50 psi, if you think your M923 is bad try a tractor M931.
Yeah I have seen lots of twisted driveshafts from big rigs but the M931 has a very short shaft and good axles and he had 50,000 lbs+ on the truck so no slipping tires and a good full throttle pull something had to give and it is normally the transfer case or transmission on these trucks that...
Yes before you change or rebuild anything else replace all of the non metal fuel lines, that fixes 90% of the problems. Then do as M35A2-AZ has instructed above.

Hey Juan do like wscougarx did and put it where you want, I have removed about 100 setups from M939 trucks and some M809 series and very few were stock setups
Roberto I would forget about the inversion valve and look a the air routing on a regular dolly and your springbrakes will need to be run to the main line to the tank.
