Great news and progress, look forward to seeing the stand as I need to make one myself. A company on the big "E" has the oil drain valves, I made an offer and got it shipped for $20, thanks for posting that part number.
Mark, according to the part number this place has them for sale. Of course all I can go by is the part number in the TM. Update: I just ordered one using this part number, when it arrives I will post up a picture and we will see if it's the correct one, it was $10 shipped...
Approx. 7min 21sec in and onward, several tan A2's in action on Grenada, some what I would call "hasty" still green on the inside and even some tan ambulance versions.

At my work we use a high voltage probe similar to this Fluke, allows you to use a standard meter to measure high voltage. As a safety measure we never touch the meter or leads while taking a voltage reading.

I checked with white Owl today, the used engine may be an option for me, he said they test run them. Of course shipping is always an issue for me in the great North of Maine.

Pulled the manifold tonight, just as I suspected all packed in with acorn crap and it looks like all the exhaust valve stems are rusted. And I'm sure which ever valves may have been open crap leaked into the cylinders. Head is off next.
I sucked out a lot more from the manifold last night, there was even what appeared to be roots growing in there, before you know I think a tree would have sprouted. I have the manifold nuts soaking in Kroil and Ill take them off tonight and see what evil lurks behind it.
