Besides those fancy cut-outs and the relative small lug holes with no chamfer, the center of that wheel appears to fit on a std 5-ton hub (10-on-11.25" BC and 8.75" pilot hole) but the whole assembly seems to be custom-made. At least nothing that we have seen so far, for military application. G.

First I would check that the external shift mechanism isn't somehow worn or binding, or out of adjustment. The shift rod needs to travel little over 2-1/4". That is the distance between shift positions "H" and "R". All five shift points should be well defined and some resistance felt on the...
