I don't think that they have them, since L=1-1/2" normally come fully threaded.
But you can order their L=2" bolts (#91257A748 ) or (#91286A373), and cut off 1/2".

This PTO unit was obviously made for the Spicer 3052 transmission, long before the Multifuel/3053 era. Since the 3052 tranny was used in civilian trucks also, this PTO is probably not specific- military.

Now, that is an interesting find! I had never seen it before. This is not covered by any of the TM's we have seen so far.
I like the fact that there are no extra gears turning all the time, when not engaged. It is clear that it would also work fine on a 3053 tranny.
Assuming the driven gear...
I can hardly imagine how that would work, except that the shaft was turned down a bit - enough so that when the sleeve is on the O.D. is restored to original size ( = 3/4").
Usually these shafts are made of mild carbon steel, so one can grind off all the rust-pitted areas, weld it up (with MIG)...
Congrats! for finally having your new toy at home. And hats off, for how this recovery mission was well prepared and accomplished!
Nice to read success stories like this one!

I did disassemble one only, and I remember it was a fight... Finally used a 50-ton press and it had to come off!
My intention at that time was to rebuild two of these differentials and replace all bearings including that large roller bearing (N215, 75x130x25mm). Then found out that there was...
Haha, come on guys, nothing has happened yet...!
Oh, yes that conversation... I do remember Gimpy; we sure had a good time and lots of fun! Doghead should have been there, too!

It's called Bendix 229635X TW-1 Lever Operated Control Valve. See it here in their catalog, page 38.
That is the correct one and it can be bought online, several options...

With the transmission in 4th or 5th gear; T-Case in neutral and engine off you should be able to turn the jack-shaft by hand, as soon as the clutch is fully depressed.

So you really want to know where I got that fabric...?:-)
... some place (in Montevideo) that sells upholstery materials and cheap carpets...
It should not be that difficult to find this in your area, also in form of carpet mats; -rugs and similar applications.
