    I'm an idiot!!! - Fermont MEP-802A 5kW

The only dumb question, is the question not asked. So if you cant find it in the books or old threads, well, as Grandpa used to say, "Shoot Luke, the geese is full of Air". Where is South East Texas? My folks came from Wills Point. That's the town that ran Chucky out on a rail!

MEP-002A Exhaust Question plus Machine Resurrection

Another tip. If the TM's are hard to read, indistinct, look at the MEP-003A TM's. There are no real differences between the models, other then a few parts. Also, the wire diagrams are more up to date in the 003A books. For that matter, the 003A books were more often updated, and tend to have...

Hi everyone. Everything is pretty much good on my 803 at this point. Although the batteries I have in it are really old, the other day I went to crank it and they were dead. I charged them and ran it a couple times just fine and this morning it was dead again. I think its just the batteries. I...

MEP-002A Exhaust Question plus Machine Resurrection

The CB is not hard to find, or you can get something just like it. This happens a lot, when the sets are old, and the CB is not "used" much. Its always a good idea to every now and then cycle the CB, just to keep it free. Most people are happy when they get juice from the 120 volt outlet, and...

MEP-002A Exhaust Question plus Machine Resurrection

The shim, according to the book needs to stay with the set. BUT, you can get away with putting another one in, if its lost, according to the TM. If my old moth eaten brain is not too burnt out.

    I'm an idiot!!! - Fermont MEP-802A 5kW

Ray, your right, thats the way it looks. And hooking up the batteries could blow the CR1. I keep thinking of the old sets, and there is no diode in them.

    I'm an idiot!!! - Fermont MEP-802A 5kW

But CR1 has not much to do with panel lights. Still, it needs to be checked.
