If you are going to move it, the Museum needs to contact TACOM and make sure they are allowed to do so. The tank is on loan to them. TACOM likes to know where they are. And if the hatches are welded shut, TACOM takes a dim view of someone opening them.

A sharp tap. Not a man mountain dean whack. Insure that the wires are correctly hooked up. X&Y, and 11&12. If you still have the K1 out, simply apply 24 VDC to pins X&Y. The relay should close, and you should have continuity on pins 11&12.

Any combustible fluid can be used in a turbine engine. Perfume for instance, will work. Tequila would work even better.
