Man, I can't believe I didn't see that it was Memorial weekend...DOH! Looks like the next weekend good for me, will be the 20-21 of June, or maybe earlier, the 25-26 of April. At least I got the wifies work/no work days right
Could be a starter issue. If the batteries LT fine, there is an issue with either the power/amp delivery to the load...cables, or the loaded part..the starter, is having issues
Where did I go to school? I gotta spell check more often!
Alot of times, cables will get full of corrosion inside the housings. Buy a good DMM and start checking grounds from the batteries back...bat to frame, engine and body. Quick and simple to do. When you say it wasn't charging, were you...
There were some 105's that had boxes added to them on GL a while back. I looked at some. All they used was1 1/2 angle on the bed rail and 1 inch angle for the uprights and roof with a galvanized siding put on them. Most had no tailgates on them, a single door about 3 feet wide and a slightly...
High resistanc grounds will do the same thing. I'd buy a load tester, tale the batteries out and slow charege them, then load test. If they check out good, you got an issue on the truck.

I was thinkin' no larges, lotsa xl and a few xxl, xxxl ;-). Johnson Valley is a cool place, but we are limited to scatter guns...if we want to do the lead disposal thing. Dove Springs is cool, mostly flat unless you head east, then only a few trails that can accomodate anything larger than a...
Here's a test. Build air and shut the truck off. Step on the brake pedal. If the air pac is working, you'll hear a sound like HHHHH after you let off the pedal. That will be the air venting from the unit. If you hear no noise, the piston is stuck in the cylinder. If you push on the pedal real...
I put a copy of the manual that came with my kit in the TM section. I took my idea from jdtoumanian and made a removable mount that clips on the side window.
Why do you want to use the starter to turn it with the heads off? Just pull on the fan. Lugging won't pop a head gasket out. The temp dender is in the water rail, by the thremostat. Was it working before you took it apart? If so, why change a working part?
