I wasn't planning on putting the muffler back after the turbo install. The turbo acts as a muffler and really shouldn't make it any louder.
You would probably be better off finding an air filter assembly off a big truck in a junk yard. The high flow replacement filter for our stock housing...
Any updates?
I ordered a couple of buttons to experiment with, should be here Monday. I hope to get started on my turbo install soon too.
I pulled a trailer last weekend with my wife's trailblazer on it. On a hill a few miles long my exhaust temp got up to 1100°
I'm hoping to see if changing...
I'm headed over to my buddy's shop tomorrow, he has a wrecked camper trailer. Picking parts from it before it gets scrapped. I'll try to remember to get some pics. I'm going to try to get the water tanks, rooftop ac, and a bunch of interior stuff.
That's pretty much what I have, a smaller panel and the rv plug wired in.
My panel is a main lug but I think I'm now going to convert it to a main breaker. I know at home my connection is good but I've read horror stories of RV parks back feeding. Also would be good cheap insurance when plugged...
The breaker in my house that I plug my trailer into is 30 amp!
The trailer is wired as of now with the drivers side outlets on one 15 amp, passengers on the other 15 amp. Charger on the 20 amp.
No main breaker, the trailer is essentially an extension cord
I also used separate AC DC converter. If I had got the deal on the WFCO you did I would have used that. What program did you use to make the wiring diagram that you posted? I need to make one because I know I won't remember how I installed stuff in a year or two!
Also what solar stuff are you...
Any vehicle requiring a cdl pulling two trailers requires doubles endorsement on your license. Federal DOT applies to all states. I plan to tow bar my Jeep behind my M348. My next license renewal I'm going to add doubles triples endorsement.
We went to Codorus State park again. I should have charged admission for tours. Ray, you could easily "clean up" selling guided tours of your M146! It was fun, I like that the big green trailer is so well taken by other campers.
Mounted a 55 gal water barrel before we went camping last weekend. Basic, but it worked. Had the pump ran to a garden hose.
This weekend I painted the roof with the elastomeric rv roof paint. Seems to help with the temperature inside.
