Not really short of finding a stamped part number and trying to trace back. Most places I have bought the column bearings from, listed the shaft dia. Measure yours and go from there. Tom

Where can I find a steering column bearing?

The site Hasdrubal should have what you need. Also if you search e-bay numerous sellers of the bearings and parts. FYI, You will need to determine what the column is from. There is a difference between car and truck columns, and also between small and Larger GM cars. They look the same but the...

    Engine Noise....Video

It does sound like a exhaust leak to me also. However check the inner fender panel on that side. I had one that would occasionally vibrate just enough to make all kinds of Tick's and noise's. Drove me crazy looking for a noise one time. Tom

Does fuel go from Tank -> pump -> filter OR tank -> filter -> pump?

"I was able to pull the hose off of the fuel pump, and I verified there's no obstruction between the fuel pump and the fuel filter." FYI, The hose on the fuel Lift pump (right lower corner of the engine) comes from the tank. The steel line on the same pump goes to the filter with a hose at the...

    24v battery charger/jumpstarter

I doubt you will find a 24 volt charger with boost for less than the price of batteries. You can get a 24volt trickle charger or Deltran battery maintainer, but those too are Over $120.00+ Tom

Start it and see. Should be better if all else is correct. And yes the filter is a by-pass design, not full flow. Tom
