The front evaporator is separate from the rear…your said “rear evap and condenser fans

When You say the AC is on, what do you mean? There is the dash evaporator/heater blower, the rear center evaporator blower and condenser fans in each wheel well…..
there is an anti-roll over valve that the vent line connects too, you should replace that and blow the vent line out with compressed air as well, the vent filter you can pull off and just see if you can blow through it.
almost every customer and trucker who shows up here has a winch so bound up they are forced to pay it out electrically, the truckers are the worst as there lone battery is almost always 50%, so using all his battery power to just pay it out is a lesson in futility.

yep, didn’t want to say anything because someone gets pissy…electric winches have a duty cycle, paying out 60ft or more of rope would leave you possibly screwed, in more than one way, I’m certain I’m wrong though, but what the heck.
That fuel filter is fully serviceable, the tank on the other hand need full R&R, I’ve done what seems like hundreds.

a lot Of what the military does for fluids is for commonality of fluids, take the PS system, you can flush the ATF out and use PS fluid, ATF does suffer from cavitation in extreme use situations. My FMTV uses 15-W40 for transmission fluid! Yes…the Allison transmission actually uses engine oil...
You would be well advised to keep the Silicone on the lug connections, there is a lot of amps running through them and having them exposed where something metal could possibly come in contact with them would create quite a mess.
3-5 times a week I remove the Slave connector power lead on this...
Most early trucks including A2 used a clear incandescent bulb and the color comes from the dash cap color, you can get green, red, blue and clear…later model trucks upgrade to colored LED and clear dash bulb cap.
