if you meant upgrading to 17s on the m1009, do not if you are running 33s. Stay with 15s so you keep your sideswall for performance and ride. Not to mention cost of 17/33 tires.
Go with 17s once you get above 35s.

hndrsonj,
Yea, totally gutless and will break axles. If you see my build thread and other posts, I am buying the M1028 to run the D60/14B with 4.56s, that's why I recommended 33/34s. Neither should present a problem.
-Dave
Yes, I concur- no lift, keep the COG down. You want tough, the Toyo Open Country M/Ts are real tough, but costly and less longevity compared to the BFG a/ts.
I run the HMMWV 37 goodyears on my OH9, and on tuesday i am picking up the new Military-only 37 BFG baja T/As.
But for your...
33 or 34s would allow less rolling resistance while offroading. Looks would be better, but so would performance. That is why i am running 37s. The diesel pulls them fine. FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION!

and yes, BFG a/ts are the best for what you will need. We race desert, 4x4 for fun, and we have used all tires. We all run BFG a/ts on anything that is not race specific.
You will not regret it. look here for starters. Off-Road Racing Classifieds | RDC | 35x12.5x15

Laurence,
Go to this link and copy and paste my two posts, they are most of the FAQs organized for easy reading.
Copy them into Word or whatever program you have, print them out, they are 27 pages, and then keep them in your cucv as a quick cheat sheet...
I am running 37s with just trimming the front fender lip. I know you said no modifications. I get no rub except at extreme full steer compressed. But it sucks with the 3.08 gears. I am putting in the M1028 axles that have 4.56s.
So, i think 33 or 34s for you with no mods is what you're looking...
Thanks,
I will be building a center console tomorrow that will hold my Lowrance Globalmap 6000c, and other assorted electronics. I could camo it, but I went with the Khaki out of personal preference. And I could look fairly "proffesional" when I roll up to peoples house/business for my job as...
Another thing I will be doing is running a switch (hidden) that interrupts the ignition. It will take 10 minutes and $10 bucks, but that way if some less-than-God-fearing A-hole tries to steal my truck, it will impede their objective.
Of course, if the thief is electrically enlightened, he...
I have a real healthy K9, but not trained. But i would be willing to pay for that and would LOVE to get involved with your company. Let me know what I can do on my end.

food for thought. I saw that you have 4-6 cucvs ready to deploy. Maybe rekey all the same so you and your team can have one set of keys that work for all.
B/C i'm sure you have gear in all of them and will need to rekey all.
I did, b/c I too carry all that gear.
-Dave
That cut i posted is the one and only. Same key for doors/ign. just take that number to a locksmith. You can get a GM key, or a rubber headed one, or whatever one you want as long as it has the same base.
Or just copy the one that you already have.

ssgtcampbell77,
If they are legal, one way you can email them individually is "You Send It". It's an online program with X amount of free times you can use it, or buy it for unlimited, anyway, I seldom use it for work when I have to email 20-50 gb files etc.
How large are the files, approx...
