If your thinking of flipping the springs from the top of the axle to the bottom of the axle you will lose almost all of the up travel in the suspension. (on a1-a2models, the spring over reversal will not work on the a3 because of what gimpy showed in the pic)
I was going to suggest the same thing. Also if you ride solo you can fold the bench down and set it up there, its the perfect height. Leave the roll on the trans tunnel and it will get nice and warm and the glue will run out of the tape and hold that roll pretty good.
It will work fine but wont gain you anything but maybe the steering may be a little easier. With the freewheeling hubs the t-case will think the fronts are not turning and inturn engage and spin the driveshaft, spinning the diff. and basically gaining you nothing in the end.
Personally, I would atleast drain it and see what parts come out. Given what you described there are probably pieces floating around in there that sooner or later is either going to lock up the t-case or damage the gears. No matter what, something is wrong and need to be looked at.
Ditto on the square holes.
The HD brackets on the front and rear are for lifting the whole (and possibly loaded) trailer. The lift points on the bed are just that, lift points for the bed and bed only. They were not meant to lift the trailer (frame and all) by just the bed.
Just a 105, but that trailer is gone now and the 101 is just to small and looks goofy.
(BTW this truck is for sale if anyone decides they need a new toy)
On your turn signal arm, pull out (to the left) the end of it and move the arm as if making a right turn but go past where you think it should stop, it will go farther and that should activate the hazards.
Horn? never checked mine with BO's on
Give it time. These trucks are not everyday trucks like the deuces and 5 tons. There are members here that have and have owned them. They may not log on every day though.
