    The hose will be replaced. it's not as close as it looks in the picture. I have since wire tied it up and back farther for now.     I have fixed a few by drilling small hole, installing a sheet metal screw with some sort of thimble on it to protect the cable. Worked for me. Other than that replace the housing. Tom

    Your point are all Valid. There no ECM or other emission sensors other than cold timing advance and higher idle.     Nice Install. However I believe the water pump is not the ideal place for the sender/bulb. Your reading cooled water. For a more accurate reading it should be placed in the head, water manifold, or somewhere in the intake coolant passage,Engine side of the Thermostat for true engine temperature. Tom

    If your talking about the long bolts that go through the shackle bushings in the frame and spring eye there 7/16x 5" sae. If your referring to the cast iron bushing mounted to the frame They were riveted. A guess, they would be 3/8 or 7/16 x 1 1/4" Check the rivet hole diameter. Tom

    If your having trouble turning the engine over you need to check/replace the starter. These trucks crank over great,when everything is in good condition. Mine easily cranks/starts at -7 the coldest I have tried. Tom
