Oh there is always something to do, see, or going on. This is quite the event.
I always feel there isn't enough time to see and do everything and I usually show up on Thurs mid day. I'm thinking of coming Wed just to have some extra time!
Watch out! Once you attend this rally it'll be all you think about till the next year's rally.
It's very rural out there but the wife did get online while we were out there last yr.
Plenty of "face time" with everyone and skype? You mean snipe? I think there is a late night snipe hunt...
Don't forget you can always do a "Hey You!" roster there, I'm sure no one there would mind running an errand for ya'. Same goes for any of the folks working to make this event happen. :-D
Ladies in attendance? I'd gusstimate 20ish are there and some cookie snatchers.
Nice fun trails that won't destroy your truck. I drive mine up there and back home so I understand not wanting to break it. I drive up from the Sav. area and so far any truck breakdown problems were self inflicted.
Good fun, and you can even ride a lawn mower on some parts!
I see you painted the gas cap red for MOGAS. NICE!
Looks like the middle Ga. land locked Navy will be able to get to the ocean soon. :) I think their navy consists of a few Jon boats with trolling motors and some inflated spare inner tubes. :shrugs:
Darn nice work!
Only 6? Good thing only half their family showed up! rofl
Now don't get me going about the Scotts!
(Notice the Saint Andrews cross in my windshield)
LOL!
I recall another M37 stuck at the bottom of that hill. Bad day for M37s. :)
I guess I need to start getting ready to go!
Clutch job couldn't wait.
JCB yellow is darn near right on.
I sprayed one awhile back and it's "good enough" in my opinion. My old plate was flaking/rusty and there was no primer under it's paint.
Chemical stripper then a pressure wash.
I use "aircraft" stripper from the parts store, takes it right off. It'll even remove the silver paint honda uses on their engine cases!
I just want to know who viewed this thread only .5128205 times??
Is that just a sideways glance? :shrugs:
That truck is looking good! Too bad it'll look like it's in primer waiting for it's US ARMY OD paint!
There's enough amenities to keep you clean and happy but not feel like you're in a hotel.
When Sunday arrives it feels like you didn't have enough time to do everything you wanted to do. There is just so much to do and people to see.
