In my entire life, I had only seen one set of lock-outs for a five ton. So I know they do exist, though be it rare. So good luck finding a set......and if you do I'll bet they fetch huge $$$$
There was some snow on the ground, the day that I bought and drove home the Deuce. Other than that snow, it has been stored in a barn since I owned it.
An 11.00x20 on a 10" wide wheel will be fine. I've ran numerous sets of tires with extremely wide wheels for many years and never had a single problem because the tire was on a wider than stock wheel.
You have the tires and the wheels, run them.
Rather odd looking, kind of like when you see a midget. On the plus side, it would be hard to get that Deuce high-centered out in the sand when cresting the peak of a sand dune though.

Also, I run 15" wheels on mine, and they wouldn't fit with the big heavy drum there...
I maybe the oddball, and the only one on this site that thinks this way but.....I wouldn't want to own a car/truck or any vehicle for that matter that I was afraid to drive places. I under stand the work, time and money that people put into restoring them, but to me the enjoyment is driving...
I had taken the fuel pump out of my tank a while back. And while it was out, I inspected the inside if the tank. The inside of the tank and fuel pump are very clean (like new) but the pull out strainer was/is covered crusty white. The pull out strainer is the only thing that has any trace of...
