Its a round about route (following the path of least resistance) but I would think hunting down a civy traler axle with electric brakes would give you what you need for brakes and avaliable tire / rim size.

Their Euro Trash cans... not the US issue ones... I personally much prefer them over the USGI cans (quiet Kenny LOL) Unless they are in some incredibly perfect condition I wouldn't buy them as they can be had in functional condition for 10$ a pop and new gaskets run 9$ each.

One of the bolt holes for the nose cone adapter was drilled to deep in production and blew out the side of the casing... It so happened that it was located in the top position when the starter was bolted on the motor...
Do not use silicone on metal... It will draw mosture under it and cause rust, not stop it!!!
The best thing to do is use a razor knife to cut back the seal which over hangs and is "exposed" between the glass and metal frame... Tape the frame and glass off leaving the edge you just cut away...
